Cinema 4D: Create Easy 3D Text in R12

Creating text in Cinema 4D previously was a slow process. Now with Release 12, the Mo text feature makes the text creation process incredibly simple. Here is how to use it.

Let’s jump right into this tutorial and see how to we can very easily create 3D text in Cinema 4D Release 12. All those painful extra steps from prior versions are gone!

1) Create a new document. Go to MoGraph and select Mo Text

2) Bam, you have 3D text. Seriously. Talk about skipping 5 or so steps.

You can edit the text once you have the Mo Text object selected. Look under attributes and select Object again. Your text goes in the red box. Theres also a ton of features you can alter with such as strokes and depth from this one panel.
