Many offices utilize Windows NetMeeting for collaborating with people who are off site. If you need to give someone your IP Address so that they may join your hosted NetMeeting session, you can obtain the address without even leaving the NetMeeting application. Here’s how:
1. While in NetMeeting, go to the Menu.
2. Click Help and select About Windows NetMeeting.
3. At the bottom of the dialog box, you will see your IP Address. Give this number to the person that you want to join your hosted NetMeeting session.
