If you need detailed device information that is not typically shown in Device Manager, you can configure it to show additional information.
Use the following steps to configure Device Manager to show details:
1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd.exe, and then click OK.
2. Type set DEVMGR_SHOW_DETAILS=1, and then press ENTER.
3. Type start devmgmt.msc, and then press ENTER.
In Device Manager, the properties for a device should now contain a Details tab that has further information about the device.
