The Quick Launch Toolbar is an area on the Taskbar for giving you quick access to your favorite apps. By default, it uses small icons which can be difficult to see, especially on computers that are set at a high resolution. Using large icons makes them easier to see and even more handy.
1. Right-click the Taskbar.
2. Make sure that Lock the Taskbar is not checked.
3. Right-click in an empty space in the Quick Launch Toolbar.
4. Mouseover View and select Large Icons from the flyout.
The Quick Launch Toolbar will now use the large icons and may need to be enlarged to display correctly. Once it is to your liking, you can right-click on the Taskbar and Lock the Taskbar.
