Outlook 2007: Change Quick Click Settings for Flagging Email

By default, Outlook sets the due date on emails you flag (by clicking on the flag column in your Inbox) as Today. If your schedule is busy, this default setting may not work for you. To change the default Quick Click setting, follow these steps:

1. Right-click any flag in your Inbox and select Set Quick Click (or you can click the flag icon on your standard toolbar and select Set Quick Click).

2. From the drop-down, select the desired flag setting. Your choices are Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, and No Date.

3. Click OK.

Now when you flag an email by clicking on the flag column in the Inbox, it will use your new setting as the default.
