There are times that it is useful for replies to a mail message to be directed to another email address or person. This makes it easier to delegate responses to someone else. To direct the replies to your message, follow these steps:
1. Create a new message as you normally do.
2. Use the dropdown to the left of the Subject field. Select Reply-To Address Field.
3. Input the desired email address in the Reply To field.
4. Verify your email is ready to send.
5. Click Send.
The replies to this email will now be directed to the chosen email address.
